Doha – Mubasher: Qatar Navigation said its ordinary general meeting (OGM) will discuss on 15 March the distribution of 35% cash dividends, equivalent to QAR 3.5 per share, for fiscal year 2016, according to a statement.

The company’s capital amounts to QAR 1.145 billion, distributed on 114.5 million shares at QAR 10 per share.

The extraordinary ordinary meeting (EGM) will be held on the same date to consider the addition of truck trading activity to own, sell, hire, and lease all types of trucks.

Both meetings will be postponed to 21 March in case of incomplete quorum.

The company’s stock rose 0.46% to QAR 87.9 by 11:25am Qatar time, generating QAR 687,800 from the exchange of 7,800 shares.
